 Are these therapies difficult to do?
While some exercises require effort, many are easy to do and incorporate into your day-to-day activities.

 Are there any hidden charges after the initial cost?

 No, this is a once off cost and it covers a full 6 months of therapy.  If you need to take a break or take things a little slower, there’s no problem and you are not charged again.

Do I need any special equipment or training?

NO, and that’s the whole point.  You don’t need special training as I instruct you exactly how to do each exercise, and all charts are provided.

What time commitment is involved?

Hope for the Myope is flexible, and many of the exercises can be done while you are working or relaxing.  It is colour coded to keep you on track and progressing correctly, and only requires 15 minutes a day.
